Refund policy

At NoPlanB Collective, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 15 days. You have 15 days from the moment you have received your order to be eligible for a return or exchange. For a successful return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the purchased items. In the case of an exchange, we will reship the new item(s) free of charge as a complimentary service.

The refund policy for NPB lasts 15 days. Which means you have 15 days after receiving your purchase to request a refund. After 15 days have passed, we can no longer issue a refund. You will be notified of the rejection or approval of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
